Vagabond's New Look

Nothing in Vagabond requires it being a monthly. The Internet offers the freedom to react on the spot in the case of emergency, or to follow random inspirations. Starting this month, the table of contents will cover a three month period. I think I could take advantage of fewer deadlines without reducing input to Vagabond. Anyway it's an experimental stage, and I invite readers to share their opinions.
