This situation was rather interesting, considering Jews who "converted" to Christianity prior to the Shoah.The Gugenheims, Mendelsohn's, and the most famous "convert" Edith Stein. Could we count those among our sainted martyrs? My wife's father came from Lublin, Poland. He was a yeshiva bochur at the famous Lublin Yeshiva. Her fathers entire family (except for her paternal grandmother, and two aunts). The family name was Frym and Sukenik.It was the Frym family that was liquidated in the massacres near there. However, getting back to the present, I find your web site rather interesting. I am a journalist and political analyst, living in Israel. I will have further comment when I take a closer look at your site.

Myth: The Croatian wartime Chief-of-State Ante Pavelic routinely maintained a basket containing twenty kilos of human eyeballs at his desk side.
Reality: This statement is literally a work of fiction taken from the novel Kaputt by Curzio Malaparte (Kurt Suckert, also known as Gianni Strozzi). The book was written as fiction, sold as fiction, and is catalogued in every library in the world as fiction. To cite Kaputt as a source about World War II is analogous to citing Gone with the Wind as an authoritative history of the American Civil War.

Hi...after reading some of your posts and the website I really believe you know what you're talking about...
I have a certain thing that I want answered if you can. It's about word choice and the subconscious mind. My best friend (whom I dated for 2 months in 1998) is going out with one of my friends, which I don't mind. Before she actually told me she loved me I'm certain she had said it twice, but she denied it. Yesterday she called me (we talk all the time) and she wanted me to help get her out of the house. I agreed and she said "thanks doll". She didn't think she said that, but I asked her about it then and she remembered saying it. Then, when she was here I got her a comb to brush her hair. She said "thanks love" like she used to. I may have ESP or something like that as well....I can see things before they happen and I saw her and I in her house one day and she told me that she loved me and then gave me a kiss. this of course can not happen now. I know it was a vision because it was colour, and I dream in black and white. Can you tell me if it is me that is making these things happen, or do you think she may still love me? I just helped a friend who was in this position (except his friend was getting married to the other guy). I do believe I still love her (we broke off mutually because it was the wrong time for us to be together). Our families seem to get along great with us...they didn't know we were together though...but I like her family, and she likes mine. Were great friends but I think we could still be more than that....
Thanks for listening to me talk about this...I would appreciate any feedback you could give me...I sometimes feel the need to talk about this, especially since I've been having "dry feelings" for a while now (that's what I've come to call the feeling in my stomach that I'm having a vision, but there is nothing in my mind...it makes me really scared and terrified for my friends...since the first thing I saw 3 years ago when this started was my grandfathers death. Wow...this is longer than I thought it would be.

Got your website this time. Great. You are a good writer. I want to
recommend that you go farther onto your posive tack, though. No attachments
is good to start with, but in 43 issues you have accumulated a lot of
positive ideas that deserve attaching to. No attachments is a good
standpoint to meet your readers on. So don't change that. But allow
yourself to grow.
What of those "all encompassing patterns forming the whole universe"? I don't want to stay in orbit around square one. I want to accumulate knowledge of those -- which I call "elements of nature".
Among those are the specimens discerned by the ancient Greeks at the dawn of philosophy, when Thales observed that geometry is not only accessible to all men, it is the same everywhere and at all times, and Pythagoras, who coined the word, "philosophy", observed the same about numbers.
Between those two, geometry is a rougher system, that always needs work to try to make it systematic. Numbers, on the other hand, are obviously systematic from the start.
Well, I guess now I'm telling you my story. Excuse me for that. I noticed that the concepts in metaphysics are in the same order as the familiar numbers. Non-being, being, relation, potential, actual, and given -- those relate to each other as the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. They are not just about quantity, but about relations and qualities. However, it isn't a mistake. Two do form a relation. And though it is hard to see that three form some alternative relations which we might call "potential" it is clear that potential arises on a basis of relation. Aristotle develops this idea in detail in his Metaphysics. He also examines the relation between potential and actual, and concludes similarly about them, that actual depends on potential having occurred first.
Well, I've been thinking along these lines for some years, and have made a system of it, that is quite a revelation of nature, with hundreds of ideas that we are all very familiar with, arrnaged in order in stead of chaos or alphabetical order.
Maybe you could write about me, "the intellectual optimist", as compared to one with no attachments.
You yourself demonstrate that foolishness can be overcome. There I've got you, on my side.
I'm still reading, and may write again later, but I had to give you this first reaction. I think I see through your skeptical exterior. There's knowledge with certainty, of undoubtable concepts of nature, under it.
Humanity needs our strength to overcome its foolishness.

There is a course of development of human intellects. At the early stage, the mind is self-centered, and dependent on the senses, like Epicurus said, and John Locke begins by saying. Then another stage occurs at which people help each other, and one can depend on another to some extent. For example, on might try to depend on John Locke, or some other philosopher, scientist or religious prophet. But who did Thales depend on?
The end of all that comes with the discovery of nature, which made and continues to make all things. The things which nature has made are reality. Benny Hill -- remember good old Benny Hill? -- had a skit about a businessman whose father told him, "Cut out the middleman." Deal direct with the source.
Then there are no end of further planes, but it is the end of stages of
intellectual development. There may still be some foolishness but it isn't
fatal any more, and we are not depending on it.

Just checked out your latest issue. No wonder you are getting such a large response. Next I expect a page on the "Toronto Anarchist League." In my research on NYC in 1886-88 I'm finding lots of information on Johann Most, the anarchist, or on traitors like Henry George or Samuel Gompers, but almost nothing on the middle of the road socialists or trade-union leaders. It ties in with the discovery, that one of the most important dailies of the period, THE LEADER, is available in only one library in all the USA and is not available on microfilm. It was not only McCarthyism that buried American socialist history.
Researching the anarchist Johann Most in New York of the 1880s put me in the anarcharist mode. Actually my great grandfather was first of all influenced by something so mundane as Christian Socialism, and then became involved with the Socialist Labor Party.

The INTERESTING times are upon us. Now we live or die, all at the hand of circumstance, some due to deliberate foresight born of wholesome integrity. You have made your choice.
My recent choice is to set aside my last decade's work in dissident physics research and networking -- and focus exclusively on the campaign for global people's sovereignty. For planetary salvation. An end to the (most recent) thousand years of white patricide. An articulation of ANARCHY. [Global ethics, not monoCULTure.]
A first thousand years of voluntaryism.
I propose a GLOBAL ANARCHIST CONGRESS, to draft a Global People's Constitution, to begin in January or February 2000. A Global Voluntaryist Congress.
This year's step seems to be to bring together a Founding Committee (of predominant native, southern and feminine composition) to facilitate the much larger collaborative virtual 'assembly' planned for next year. I am looking for recommendations of outstanding individuals from around the world to assist me in this task. The 'Committee' I propose would function on the principle of unanimous consent (voluntaryism), and would thus serve to demonstrate this core concept in preparation for the larger World Constitutional assembly a year later.
Your help and participation is required. It certainly is needed by me.

It's politically correct to attack only one gender -- male, and only one race -- white. I consider political correctness as biased and arrogant as any other form of racism. M.T. was involved in dissident physics and networking, which included Newtonian Physics, Relativity and Quantum Mechanics -- pretty much a 'white' and 'masculine' domains. WM.

What to make of recent events? A few questions have been on my mind,
prompted by the ridiculously biased coverage of this event: Why is the
assumption made that this was a Serb action when A)It would be suicidal
to do such a thing since NATO is looking for any provocation to bomb the
Serbs. B)It is well-documented that the KLA have been murdering, in the
words of a Reuters article, "some ethnic Albanians whose loyalties they
suspect." The article (from 12/21/98) also mentions that "Western
diplomats say they have credible evidence of the KLA torturing and
murdering alleged collaborators." Why no mention of this? I
wonder...C)Was there a UN investigative team in Vietnam when our
soldiers slaughtered the civilians at My Lai? And didn't we try to cover
that up, only to have it exposed by a conscientious photographer?
If this was the responsibility of the Serbs, then screw them, they're
stupid to commit such acts, not to mention savage. But the US is based
on the principle of "innocent until proven guilty." I guess that only is
true for certain people. What do you make of all this? I'm curious to
know...

I think serbs went too far. It is a fact today that serbs committed genocide of Bosnian people. Now they try to do the same thing over ethnic Albanians in Kosovo. I would say that they already deserved a nuke over Belgrade.
