The countries of the Muslim world are savagely attacked by various extremist groups for religious reasons. They are mostly interested in the afterlife, Paradise is their true reality and they kill in its name. In Iraq one mujahideen said to a merchant: "You must stop selling falafel." The merchant replied: "But this is our traditional dish." The mujahideen said:"But in the time of Mohammed, falafel didn't exist." The merchant looked at the mujahideen's modern gun and thought: In the time of Mohammed that didn't exist either" -- but didn't say anything, he knew that the mujahideen would simply kill him. It is the most archaic culture of all time. They have natural wealth - oil. They will sell it and buy ultramodern arms.
