Nikole writes: I found a scrap of paper with two stanzas of the poem below, in William's handwriting. It was a pencilled note, surely written quickly while someone recited. I looked up the verses and found that this is an excerpt from a poem spoken by Bilbo Baggins in "The Hobbit."
